# Connection to PixelPotus

Although you can play PixelDebates without playing PixelPotus, there are some key connections that are important.\

Pixel Debates players have access to all available POTUS, but unless they own an epic, legendary, or unique version of the POTUS in PixelPotus, a fraction of their Debates winnings will be taxed and sent to the POTUS owners as a "lending fee".  For that reason, if you are a serious player, it may greatly benefit you to own upgraded versions of the POTUSes that you regularly play.  \

This will not only waive the lenders fee, but may also allow you to earn $PXL passively from everyone's Pixel Debates matches, depending on the upgrade level.
